David Ferdman — President & CEO

As the Co-founder, President and CEO of CyrusOne, David has been recognized as an industry leader in the outsourced data center services marketplace.  He has been published on the topics of redundant and high availability IT systems and business continuity solutions.

Prior to CyrusOne, David served as the COO and Co-founder of UWI Association Programs, a long distance reseller.  UWI was merged into publicly traded Network Long Distance in 1997.  As COO, David was active in the company's expansion strategy through M&A.  The company was acquired by IXC Communications in 1998 (now Broadwing/Level3).

David was a finalist in the 2004 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Program; is on the Board of Directors of the ESCAPE Family Resource Center and has a B.S. from the University of Kansas.
